Help With Eating Disorders Over Xmas

Special web chat for people in the East Midlands worried about food and family.

For the last three years First Steps Charity in Derby have been running web chats over the Christmas period to help support people struggling with food issues at this time of year.

They currently support around 400 people across Derby, Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands.

Danielle Sinclair told Capital it's vital people know they're NOT alone "its just a place where people can go and talk about whats going on, rather than feel like they have to deal with it by themselves - and just to know that other people are going through the same things, and if you are struggling you're not alone"
