Over terror plots across Europe
A Derby man's been told he could be extradited to Italy to face allegations he was part of a group plotting terror attacks across Europe.
33 year old Zana Rahim - thought to be involved in the Rawti Shax group - appeared in court earlier via videolink at Westminster Magistrate's Court in London.
The hearing will take place next week.
Italian prosecutors previously announced there IS enough evidence for the men to stand trial.
District Judge Kenneth Grant remanded them in custody ahead of the three-day extradition hearing, due to be held on February 10, 11 and 16.
