Third Person Dies After Leicester Crash

A third person in their twenties has died after a car crash in Leicester at the weekend.

The crash, between a Honda and Mitsubishi, happened on Hastings Road on Saturday at about 8.25pm.

Of the four people in the Honda, the driver and front seat passenger, aged 21 and 22, died on Saturday night.

Leicestershire Police have now confirmed one of the back seat passengers, also aged 21, died on Tuesday.

The fourth passenger is in a stable condition in hospital.

A man and woman in the other car, the Mitsubishi, were also hurt in the collision, the woman is in a critical but stable condition.
