Three Men Arrested After Suspected Erdington Hit And Run

Three men from Erdington have been arrested after a man was hit in a reported hit and run.

A 26 year old man was hit by a blue Toyota Yaris last Friday (17 August) on Hillaries Road.

He remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital.

Two men aged 19 and 22 were arrested yesterday (20 August) on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and have been released on bail.

Police arrested a 28 year old man from Birmingham on suspicion of assault on 21 August, he remains in police custody.

Officers believe it was a targeted attack and are urging anyone with information to get in contact.
