A third person has been charged with murder after 19 year-old Sheriff Mbye was stabbed and died in Birmingham.
The teenager's death came shortly after a fight on Bristol Road South in Northfield.
Montell Stephens, who's 18 and from William Savage Way in Smethwick, was also taken to hospital after the fight and arrested whilst there (24 April).
He was questioned yesterday evening (29 April) after it was decided he was healthy enough.
He's now been told to appear in court tomorrow (1 May).
Rakeem Riley, aged 18, of no fixed address and Omar Robinson, aged 21, from Rann Close in Ladywood have also been charged with Sheriff's murder.
Despite the latest charge police are still actively seeking witnesses.
Detective Inspector Jim Munro said: “These charges are a significant step forward in our investigation and while the response from the public in Northfield and in Birmingham has been excellent, we remain keen to hear from anyone with information about this murder.
“Our investigations into exactly what happened will continue and you may notice more police in the Northfield area as we carry on with our inquiries
“We understand Northfield has been shocked by Sheriff’s murder and we are working really hard with local people, local businesses and partners to get back to normality as soon as possible.
“In the meantime, we want everyone to carry on with their business as usual and enjoy Northfield as a safe place to visit, work and spend time.”
