West Midlands Police have released a picture of a man they want to trace after a woman was sexually assaulted on a Birmingham Bus.
Officers want to speak to the man, who was captured on CCTV after getting off the No 11 bus, which runs between Stechford and Acocks Green.
The 28-year-old woman was sat downstairs on the left hand side of the No 11 bus at around 6.55pm on August 2 when she was attacked.
Following the assault, the woman and the man both got off the bus at the same point, which was the Swan island heading towards Acocks Green, at Yardley Library.
He is described as white, aged 28-29, 5'8-9 with blond spiky hair and wearing a black tracksuit top. He also had a small scar on his right cheek and was drinking and had an unlit cigarette in his mouth at the time of the assault.
DS Rich Huckvale from Birmingham Public Protection unit said: "This appears to be an isolated incident, we haven't had any other reports of sexual assaults on buses in the area involving this man. However this was a distressing incident, we are keen to trace the offender and have released images in the hope someone will recognise him and come forward. If anyone has information about the assault or recognises the man, please call Birmingham Public Protection Unit on 101.''
