Police say they are trying to find a 36-year-old man over the shooting of Kenichi Phillips in Birmingham.
West Midlands Police warned members of the public not to approach Isaiah Wright-Young but report any sightings of him by dialling 999 immediately.
Mr Wright-Young, aged 36 and from the Birmingham area, is being sought by detectives investigating the death of 18-year-old Kenichi Phillips.
Detective Inspector Jim Munro said: "Two people have been charged in relation to the shooting of Kenichi Phillips on March 17 but this investigation is still very active.
"It's important we locate Isaiah Wright-Young as soon as possible and I would urge anyone with any information about his whereabouts to contact us.''
Soon after the shooting Kenichi's father's released a tribute saying his son was "only 18 years old - and will not get a chance to see his son born"
He said: "Kenichi was only 18 years old. He was a great grandson, a grandson, a cousin, nephew, brother, son and friend who was loved and will not get the chance to see his son born."
