Man falls from bridge

A road in Castle Bromwich had to be shut after police were called in the early hours of Monday morning.

Water Orton Road near Park Hall Academy was closed after emergency services were called around 3am

West Midlands Police told Capital a man had fallen off a bridge.

Officers and paramedics were on the scene but nothing could be done -Police are not treating it as suspicious. The file is being passed straight to the coroner
