A man has been charged with causing the death of a teenage girl by dangerous driving in Dudley.
Georgie Ann Evans, 18, from Himley, died after the Ford Fiesta she was driving in collided with another vehicle in Priory Road, Dudley, on Thursday.
She was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at around 10.35pm while a passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries, West Midlands Police said.
The force said Kuba Oles, 24, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop at a road accident and failing to report an accident.
He is due before Dudley Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Following her death, Georgie's parents said: ``Our beautiful, kind-hearted and spirited daughter has been taken away from us.''
