Thousands of school pupils across Birmingham are getting their GCSE results this morning.
Experts are predicting that the exams will have been subject to stricter marking, like A-Levels, as the government tries to lower the number of high grades.
These are some of the last pupils to sit current GCSE's in their current form, as ministers are set to change exams from 2014. They say the news system will be harder, more academic and 'the toughest exams for school leavers in the world.'
