Dad Denies Murdering Ex-Partner in Birmingham

A Birmingham dad has denied murdering his ex-partner and the attempted murder of two children at a house over the summer.
Luan Leigh was found dead at a house in Pype Hayes on June 29th 2014. She died of compression to the neck.
The two youngsters cannot be named for legal reasons.
Telecommunications engineer Andrew Leigh, 42, of Kennedy Close, Sutton Coldfield, was charged with the offences in early JUly.
He will stand trial at Birmingham Crown Court on December 8th.
