CCTV: Bookies Robbery At Knifepoint

CCTV of two men who stole thousands of pounds from a city centre bookmakers last month has been released by police in an effort to identify them.
The pair approached the counter at Ladbrokes on Edgbaston Street, Birmingham just before 10pm on Thursday 18 July and, armed with a knife, forced the male cashier into a back room to open the safe.
The suspects then kicked and punched the man before making off with around £5,000.
DC Darren Wilkie, leading the investigation, said: "These men used a weapon to threaten the victim before subjecting him to an physical assault which resulted in his nose being broken.
"These images clearly show the faces of the men we want to speak to in connection with this robbery and we would urge anyone who knows their identity to come forward with that information."
