A woman's reported being being sexually assaulted on a bus in Halesowen.
The 39-year-old was travelling on the number nine bus from Birmingham to Halesowen when she was assaulted at around 1.30pm on Thursday, 3 July.
A man – described as white, around 5ft 6in tall, of a stocky build and with short dark hair – got on the bus and sat next to her. He sexually assaulted her during the journey and then again as she went to get off the bus at Halesowen.
Detective Sergeant Emma Holder from the force’s Safer Travel Project Empower Team – which aims to protect passengers from abuse on West Midlands’ public transport network - said: “The man also left the bus in Halesowen after the woman challenged him about his behaviour.
