Three members of the same family from the Black Country have been killed by gunmen in Tunisia.

Adrian Evans worked at Sandwell Council and they've told Heart that his father and nephew Joel Richards have also died.

Another of Adrian's nephews is in intensive care.

Darren Cooper, who's in charge at Sandwell Council, explained more about the family and how they have been affected by the attacks in Sousse.

He said: "Adrian had worked in his role as gas service manager for a number of years.

"He was a very very popular individual he was a decent human being and his life has been taken on the beach on a family holiday.

"We simply cannot get our heads round this."

At least 38 people are now known to have died when gunmen opened fire on holidaymakers.

Fifteen of them are British and Islamic State have claimed responsibility for the attack.

"It's just unbelievable what has happened, but as I've said we will not kowtow to terrorists."

"We are proud people in the Black Country and Great Britain as a whole and we will stand up to these people and show unity."

"They will not get away with intimidating us in this way."

Sandwell Council will shortly be releasing details about a book of condolence they plan to open to the public.
