The 'Last Friday Night' singer has landed seven nominations for next year's award's ceremony.
Katy Perry dominated last night's nominations for the People's Choice Awards 2012.
The 'E.T' singer was nominated in seven categories across music, television and film, while Lady Gaga and Beyonce are both up for five awards each.
Katy has found herself in the running for Favourite Female Artist, Pop Artist and Tour Headliner, as well scoring a Song of the Year nomination for 'E.T.' and a Music Video nod for 'Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)'.
Outside of music she is also up for Favourite Animated Movie Voice following her star turn as Smurfette in The Smurfs this summer, while a guest appearance on How I Met You Mother also led to a nomination for TV Guest Star.
Voting for the People's Choice Awards has now started and is due to end on 6th December.
The People's Choice Awards are scheduled to take place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on 11th January, 2012.
Katy Perry will release the music video for 'The One That Got Away', the sixth single from her album 'Teenage Dream' on 11th November.
