The 'Teenage Dream' singer says she appreciated the support of fans during her Grammys performance at the weekend.
Katy Perry has thanked her fans for their support after making her live US return at the Grammy Awards 2012 last night (12th February).
The 'One That Got Away' singer took to the stage in Los Angeles yesterday to give her first performance on American soil since news broke of her divorce from husband Russell Brand at the end of 2011.
"THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT, I COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU," Katy tweeted following her appearance at the event. "My new song, PART OF ME is available NOW."
Katy's performance at the Grammys 2012 saw the 'Teenage Dream' give a rendition of her hit 'E.T.' while dressed in a superhero outfit, before appearing suspended in the air for a performance of her new single 'Part Of Me'.
The new track has been released to promote her upcoming album 'Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection', a reissue that features several new tracks and versions of her 2011 second record.
Keep it Capital for the first play of Katy Perry's 'Part Of Me' which will air live on Capital FM later today (13th February).
