Police are hunting a former prisoner who they believe may pose a risk to the public.
George Trainer had his licence revoked after failing to comply with imposed conditions following his release from HMP Addiewell, West Lothian, and is now ''unlawfully at large''.
He is described as white Scottish with a Glaswegian accent, 5ft 7ins, of medium to stocky build and with short brown hair and dark eyes.
Police have appealed for information about the whereabouts of the 28-year-old, who is from the Robroyston area of Glasgow.
Detective sergeant Alan Cuthbert said: ''We believe that Mr Trainer may pose a risk to the public.
''Officers have been making significant enquiries to trace him, however at this time there have been no positive sightings.''
