A charity fundraiser, who's attempting to break the world record for the most number of marathons ran on consecutive days brings her challenge to the North East.
Amy Hughes will try and run 53 marathons in 53 days, and today's challenge is in Newcastle.
She'll start her 26 mile journey from the Tyne Bridge.
Tomorrow she'll head to Sunderland and then on to Durham.
The 26-year-old sports therapist began her attempt in Chester on Wednesday, and has already run 7 marathons, in places like Edinburgh and Carlisle.
Currently the female record stands at 17 marathons, while the male record is 52.
Amy's doing the challenge to raise money for charity - and is hoping to make £53,000 for the Isabelle Lottie Foundation, which looks after children with brain tumours.
