The '#willpower' rapper says LMFAO were responsible for helping the Black Eyed Peas get their first break.
Will.i.am has thanked LMFAO star Red Foo for helping him start Black Eyed Peas over fifteen years ago.
The 'Great Times' rapper turned 37 yesterday (15th March) and also thanked the 'Sexy and I Know It' rapper for sending him birthday wishes.

The 'Party Rock Anthem' star was also feeling nostalgic and gave his own message of thanks for all of the support the Black Eyed Peas rapper had given him and Sky Blu since LMFAO's debut
"Happy birfday @iamwill... Thank you for everything you have done for me and @LMFAO," Red Foo posted. "You are true musical genius's. Take a shot for me."
Will.i.am is due to return to the UK next week ready for the launch of new reality series The Voice UK, which launches on BBC One on 24th March.
