The 'Climax' singer has reportedly been harassed by a "stalker" who keeps showing up at his home.
Usher has apparently filed a temporary restraining order against a woman who is said to be "stalking" the R&B star.
The 'Pop Ya Collar' singer was forced to take action when 26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw kept turning up at his home telling cops she was married to the American star, reports TMZ.
A video was also posted on the gossip site from the woman in question where she admits to being "in love" with the star and is unhappy at the fact Usher has branded her a "stalker".
She goes on to confess that she is not happy to have been "slandered" and said she conducted several financial transactions during the past with the singer.
A source told the site: "Darshelle tried to convince the officers she was Usher's wife and had simply misplaced her keys."

The apparent stalker also made claims that Usher had promised to help her with a music career in the video which she posted to YouTube this week.
Meanwhile, Usher's hit single 'Climax' was recently covered by The Voice UK coach and 'Price Tag' singer Jessie J during a performance in Istanbul.
