The 'Standing In The Dark' band will perform shows in New York, Los Angeles and Toronto next year.
Lawson have announced plans to play a string of new shows in North America next year ahead of their headline tour across the UK.
The 'When She Was Mine' four-piece today (5th December) announced three tour dates across Los Angeles, New York City and Toronto, Canada starting in late January 2013.
"Hey guys, this is Lawson. We've got some very important news to announce. We're going to be coming to America in February to do some headlines shows," the band announced in a video promo, before confirming the dates and breaking into a group chant of "USA! Canada!".
The 'Taking Over Me' singers also promised their fans in the US and Canada they will be back for more shows later in the year after finishing their UK tour.
They posted: "Wish there was more time before the UK+Ireland tour but guys do not worry! We will be back across to see the rest of you later in 2013! x."
Andy Brown, Joel Peat, Ryan Fletcher and Adam Pitts recently announced a 17-date UK and Ireland tour for 2013 kicking off on 22nd February with a show in Manchester, which is currently expected to end at the Dublin Academy on 23rd March.
Lawson have also announced they will release the third single from their debut album 'Chapman Square', a track called 'Learn To Love Again', on 3rd February 2013.
