The 'Parachute' singer also admits to enjoying some fast food once a week as a treat.

Cheryl Cole has revealed the best dish she cooks at home is a traditional English Sunday roast dinner.

The 'Call My Name' star says although it is a lot of work to put together the effort is "worth it" for the end result.

"Sunday roast. It's worth it," Cheryl told Capital FM after her surprise appearance at the Summertime Ball 2012 on Saturday (9th June). "I'm not going to lie and say I do it every Sunday, but I do love a roast."

The '3 Words' singer also admitted she is a big fan of takeaway meals and often indulges in them once a week.

"Yeah, quite often," Cheryl laughed, when asked whether she allows herself fast food as a treat. "Once a week?"

Cheryl has also praised Beyonce and described the 'Love On Top' star as both "incredible" and "aspirational".

Cheryl Cole unveiled her brand new single 'Under The Sun' this week on Capital FM, which will be the second track to be lifted from her new album 'A Million Lights', which is due out on Monday 18th June.
