The 'Under The Sun' singer is said to be talking with Tre about when to start having children.
Cheryl Cole is reportedly considering becoming a mother with boyfriend Tre Holloway, amid rumours her mum Joan has been convincing the couple to think about having children.
The 'Call My Name' singer, who has been with Tre for much of the past year, is said to have been talking regularly with Joan about becoming a parent, with her mum believing it could be "the making" of her.
"Cheryl's mum is a major influence on her and she has warned her not to leave it too late," a source told the Daily Star this week. "Joan thinks Tre is the perfect guy and, after what happened with Ashley, she doesn't see marriage as a priority for her girl.
"She thinks being a mum will be the making of Cheryl," the source continued. "But she is worried that Cheryl will put off being a mum for so long that she'll end up leaving it too late and be heartbroken.
"Cheryl wants her mum to be a massive part of any pregnancy as they are so close, so her encouragement has definitely got her and Tre thinking," they explained.
The source went on to say Tre has made it clear to 'Under The Sun' singer Cheryl that he loves kids, but the claims suggest her career could stand in the way of the plans.
"She wants to time getting pregnant perfectly so she is not in the middle of a major work schedule," the source added, before hinting that Cheryl has nothing major planned from December onwards.

Last year the Girls Aloud star faced widespread rumours she and Tre were engaged, but has since rubbished the claims and suggested it was way too early.
Cheryl Cole confirmed this week that she has no plans to head back into the studio to work on new music.
