Cheryl Cole On Exercise: "There's No Such Thing As Eating What You Want"

The 'Under The Sun' singer says she enjoys getting to spend two hours without the stress of her career.
Cheryl Cole has revealed that exercise is her escape from the "stress and pressure" of being a pop star and high profile celebrity, and has says eating healthy is also very important to her lifestyle.
The 'Call My Name' singer says it "feels good" when she gets to shut out the world for two hours to carry out her regimented exercise routine.
"I love exercising," Cheryl revealed to Hello! magazine. "There is a lot of stress and pressure in my job so when I have those two hours to myself I feel I can shut the rest of the world out.
"I don't have my phone, just loud music, and it feels good when I release endorphins through exercise,' she explained. 'i do the Tracy Anderson Method, which is dance-cardio. {She] is a dancer so she gets the whole dancer thing."
When asked about her diet and routine, fresh from performing a heavy scheduled tour across the UK, Cheryl reiterates how important diet is for her to stay in shape.
"I don't care what anyone tells you there is no such thing as being able to eat whatever you want," Cheryl added. 'i think it's really important to eat healthily and it makes such a difference to your energy."

The 'Under The Sun' star is set to reveal all about her pop star career, as well as aspects about her relationship with dancer Tre Holloway, in a new ITV2 special called Cheryl: Access All Areas airing Tuesday 20th November.
Cheryl Cole will perform on both nights of the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball 2012 this year with a solo set on the Saturday (8th December) and singing with Girls Aloud on the Sunday (9th December).
