The 'OMG' star says the track is a modernisation of the classic R&B sound as he teams up with Pharrell Williams.
Usher has revealed a teaser clip of a brand new track from his forthcoming new album called 'Twisted' – which also features Pharrell Williams.
The 'Pop Ya Collar' star premiered the track on MTV's First Play last night (15th May) and told host Sway that it reflects the album's ambitions.
"'Twisted' is more of a nostalgic record," he confessed. "So when you think about the classic R&B record, we managed a way to modernise it, even though that's very relevant.
"You hear records like Cee Lo, you hear Bruno Mars and also Andre 3000, and that sound is very relevant in this time. So this was kind of our way to tie it all together and give you something different that you probably wouldn't normally get from me," he continued.
The American star has already unveiled 'Climax' and new single 'Scream' from the upcoming record and has teased a possible duet with Justin Bieber on the record.

As well as preparing for the release of his new seventh studio album, which is due for release on 12th June, Usher is also deep in preparation for a new role in a boxing biopic where he will play Sugar Ray Leonard.
The star will also open this year's iTunes Festival and take to the stage at Wembley Stadium next month for Capital FM's Summertime Ball 2012.
