The artists are the latest names added to the event which will also see performances by The Wanted and Justin Bieber.
Usher and Kelly Clarkson are the latest acts confirmed to perform at the Billboard Music Awards 2012.
The singer's will also be joined by Nelly Furtado and rockers Linkin Park at the ceremony in Las Vegas later this month.
Justin Bieber and The Wanted were the first names added to the industry event last month and The Voice coach Cee Lo Green was also named as a performer on the night last week.
Adele, Rihanna and Justin Bieber are among the acts nominated for a string of awards on the nights which takes place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Sunday 20th May.
Meanwhile, Usher and Kelly Clarkson will also take to the stage at Wembley Stadium this year for the Capital FM Summertime Ball performing on the same stage as the likes of Coldplay and Katy Perry.
