The 'Scream' singer says Justin's involvement with his music is what sets him apart as an artist.

Usher says Justin Bieber's abilities as a songwriter are constantly growing and says that his writing on new album 'Believe' is "really great".

The 'Climax' star says 'Boyfriend' singer Justin is continuing to grow as an artist, and admits he is proud of him for being so involved with his music career.

"I think that as he grows, so will his musical experience," Usher told MTV UK this week. "I think that his writing is really great and that is the one element that I felt was kind of like the hidden secret, the hidden sauce.

"The face that he has been significantly involved in who he is as an artist which is what you want," Usher explained. "You don't want to just be a product of something, somebody find a record for you and it just foes. He literally is writing his own music and that's cool."
