The 'Wild' singer says she "loved" her time on the show and will still show her support for next year's series.
Jessie J has announced she will not be back on The Voice UK next year in order to concentrate fully on promoting her new album.
The 'Domino' singer revealed the news she had quite the show this morning (5th July) on Twitter and explained that she needs to focus on her album and world touring commitments for the next year.
Despite announcing her departure from The Voice UK Jessie said she had "loved" her time on the show and hopes to be part of series 3 in some way, through possible performances.
"I've absolutely loved my time on The Voice and I hope everyone saw and knows how passionately I felt about the show," Jessie said, in a statement announcing her departure. "However, I can't wait to promote my new record around the world and that has to take priority.
"I shall be keeping a very close eye on series 3 showing my support in every way I can and really hope that in some way that I can part of the show.
"We're so sorry to see Jessie go as she's been an exceptional coach on, and advocate for, The Voice but we totally support her decision to leave due to touring commitments overseas," Controller of Entertainment Commissioning Mark Linsey also said in the statement. "We very much hope that Jessie will remain part of the show and come back and perform for us next season.
"In the meantime we will now start the search for a new coach," he added.
Jessie's fellow vocal coaches will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Danny O'Donoghue have yet to confirm whether they will be back for series 3 of The Voice UK.
Jessie J is set to release a new album later this year, fresh from her success with new single 'Wild', but denied speculation this week that the record will be called 'Gold'.
