The artists were involved in a late night altercation back in June believed to be over the pair's former girlfriend Rihanna.
Chris Brown and Drake will not be facing charges for their part in a late night bar brawl, which left several members of the public injured – including the 'Turn Up The Music' singer, it has been reported.
The incident took place at the WIP bar in New York back in June, and was believed to have been started over an argument involving the pair's history with Rihanna.
"The investigation into the bottle-smashing brawl at WIP nightclub on June 14th has been concluded and no criminal charges will be filed against Chris, Drake, or any member of their entourages," reports TMZ.
Drake's lawyer Blair Berk also added that his client was never even a suspect and so it's "no surprise" he will not face any charges.
Last month, Rihanna also addressed the fight but neglected to offer any comments about the cause of the incident.
"There's no proof of that being for my love. That's my answer to that question," she explained.

Several members of the public suffered injuries because of the altercation including Chris, who posted a picture of a laceration to his chin shortly after the event.
Meanwhile, Chris Brown has since quit Twitter following an online dispute with a comedy writer after she confronted him about his relationship with Rihanna.
