The 'Call My Name' star says she loved dropping by as a surprise guest at this year's Capital FM event.
Cheryl Cole has joked that she considered doing a reenactment of her famous swan dive move from The Voice UK several weeks ago for her surprise appearance at the Capital FM Summertime Ball 2012 yesterday.
The 'Parachute' star made a surprise appearance at Wembley Stadium as a 'summer sizzler', and says she loved shocking the 80,000 fans in attendance with her unexpected performance of 'Call My Name'.
"I know, it was fun! I just thought I'd drop by," Cheryl told Capital FM yesterday (9th June). "I considered swan diving into the crowd but I didn't quite make it so. But, I didn't know if anybody would know I was coming to catch, so thought I'd come in through the stage!"
The Girls Aloud star was referring to her stage entrance on The Voice UK last month, which saw her leap from a high platform in a swan dive and be caught by several male backing dancers on the stage below.
Cheryl's performance at this year's Summertime Balll saw the '3 Words' star emerging onto the stage in a multi-coloured bodycon catsuit, which she later said she had worn to make sure every fan in the stadium could see her.
This year's Summertime Ball featured huge performances from some of the biggest artist in the world including Katy Perry, Usher, Justin Bieber, The Wanted, Coldplay and Jessie J.
