Cheryl Cole Planning Holiday With Girls Aloud Band Mate Sarah Harding

The 'Messy Little Raindrops' singer wants to take her friend on a break to Los Angeles amid reports of a bust up with boyfriend.

Cheryl Cole is reportedly wanting to take her Girls Aloud band mate Sarah Harding on a holiday to Los Angeles.

The 'Parachute' singer is apparently consoling her friend following news that she will face assault charges for an incident involving her boyfriend Theo De Vires on New Year's Day.

A source told the Daily Star: "Cheryl knows all about heartache and hard times after Ashley cheated on her. She has been in touch with Sarah and is really worried about her.

"Cheryl thinks a girls' holiday in the sun would do her the world of good. She is desperate for her to chill out."

Meanwhile, Cheryl has enlisted the help of Talay Riley, who has worked with the likes of Rihanna and Jessie J, on her forthcoming third studio album.
