RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Made Up Leeds’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Tuesday 11th of September 2018 until Friday 21st of September 2018.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capital.co.uk/yorkshire and register their details. Online entry will open on Tuesday 11th September 2018 and close at 06:00 on Friday, 21st September 2018.
5. Listeners need to visit Capital FM/Yorkshire to answer a multiple choice question and register their details for the chance to take part.
6. One online entrant will be selected from all eligible and correct answers during breakfast on Friday 21st September and taken to air between 6am and 9am.
7. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
8. On Friday 21st September we will take a caller to air who has entered, they must provide a friends telephone number, The Breakfast Show will call their friend and ask them a beauty, healthcare related question. If they’re right they win. If they answer incorrectly or don't answer the phone or are driving at the time of the call and cannot pull over, the presenters will select another online entrant and repeat the above process until we have a winner.
