RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at (http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Fearmasters Face Your Fears’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 4th October 2019 between 4pm and 7pm on Capital Yorkshire (the "Radio Station").

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. The competition will run on air on Capital Drive with Adam and JoJo on Friday 4th October between 4pm and 7pm.

4. To enter the competition an entrant must text 83958 ("the text message line") starting the message with the word PLAY. Entry opening and closing times will be given out on air. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.

5. All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated, and another Entrant selected at random.

6. There will be 3 closed doors outside the studio, behind one of the doors will be the prize (£500 and 4 tickets to Fearmasters). Entrants must text PLAY to 83958 for the chance to be selected to play. Capital will call 3 people back at random and put them on hold. The first person randomly selected will choose a door number between 1 and 3, to try and find the prize. JoJo will then open the corresponding door. If there’s a clown (actor) behind the door, this is an incorrect door. This process will continue through the randomly selected callers until the correct door is opened and the prize is revealed. We must accept the first answer given by the caller, and the producer's decision is final.

7. The winner will be announced on air.

Eligibility:

8. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter.

9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

10. Entrants must live within one of these postcodes BD, LS, YO, HX, HD, S, WF, DN, HU, HG.

11. The winner can only take people aged 12+ to the Fearmasters attraction.

Prize:

12. One winner will receive 2 pairs of tickets to the Fearmasters attraction & £500.

13. The Fearmasters tickets can be redeemed on any date between Friday 11th October 2019 and Saturday 2nd November 2019. Tickets to be collected at the box office on site.

14. Cash to the value of £500 will be paid directly into the winner’s bank account via BACS. Bank name, account number and sort code will need to be provided for the prize money to be paid. The money will be in the winner’s bank account within 28 days of winning.

15. The prize won’t be substituted for any other prize or cash equivalent.

16. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
