WALES RALLY – HEART NORTH WALES – SEPTEMBER 2018

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Wales Rally radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from the 17th – 21st September 2018 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart North Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to Heart Drive all week and once announced on air, call the studio on 0345 481 0099 to enter the competition. Lines will be charged at standard network rate.

Entrants will be picked at random from the phonelines each day during the competition. All entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another entrant will be selected at random. The winners will be contacted by telephone to discuss their prize.

Eligibility:

Entrant must be 18 or over

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Must live in the CF or NP transmitter area

Prize:

1) 1 pair of VIP tickets each day worth £125 each to the Wales Rally in Llandudno on Sunday 7th October 2018 which includes a hospitality area within St George’s Hotel, brunch, light afternoon tea, tea and coffee throughout the day, cash bar facility serving beers, wines and soft drinks, unallocated grandstand seat and complimentary programme per guest. Tickets will be posted to each winner via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Winners will need to provide the correct delivery address so they can be signed for. If there is no one home, they will therefore need to go to their local sorting office to collect them and will need to allow time for this before leaving for the event. Tickets will not be re-sent. Tickets cannot be exchanged and there is no cash alternative. Dayinsure Wales Rally GB reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of similar value, or greater, at its absolute discretion. The winner is responsible for their own travel arrangements and any additional expenses.
