Nicole Scherzinger: "I have ugly days!"

The former Pussycat Doll reveals she has days where she avoids the mirror.

'Ugly' isn't a word that's normally associated with Nicole Scherzinger, but the Summertime Ball star has admitted that even she has days when she's not in love with her appearance.

The 32-year-old told more! Magazine that being lusted after around the globe doesn't mean she's immune to insecurities about her looks.

"Who doesn't have an ugly day every now and then? Where you just don't feel great inside, you know? But for me, when I wake up and I have those days, I try to focus my energy on other people," she said.

The 'Don't Hold Your Breath' singer has this advice for anyone with a downer on their appearance:  "Yeah, invest your energy into other people and it should work out."
