Where are you from: Born in Arnold, Notts.  Now live in West Bridgford, Nottingham

Who would your idea guest be? Hmm, I always think how amazing it would be to interview Robbie Williams but then everyone says you shouldn't meet your heroes (or people you massively fancy) because you're bound to be disappointed! 

Which celebrity do you reckon you look or act like? OMG? I don't know?! What kind of questions are these? 

What rules do you live your life by? Treat people how you'd like to be treated yourself. Karma is a very powerful thing! 

If you died and came back as an animal what would it be? I'd be a cat, then I could curl up on the sofa and chill out in the warm all day! 

What's been your biggest mistake? I once exposed myself at the gym! It wasn't on purpose! Honest! 

What's your guilty pleasure? TV shows about babies, weddings and fat people. I love them!! 

What's the most embarrassing track on your iPod? There's so many! But Let's Get Ready To Rumble by PJ & Duncan is a particular favourite (I even know ALL the words…even the rap and have been known to sing it at karaoke – yeah baby!)

Favourite gig you've ever been to? Sooooo many but if I had to choose it would be Pink – Alton Towers 2010

What's the best thing about having your own show on Capital? I love the thought that I help everyone in the East Midlands through their drive home. It's such an honour

What's your favourite place in the East Midlands? Pub wise? Walk wise? Shopping wise? There's TOOOOOO many places I love here! 

From my wardrobe you can have…my ladybird fancy dress outfit (girls – it's a total pulling winner outfit!)

Why didn't you ask me about…my knees? They've been known to pop out…a lot…crutches have played a bigger part in my life than I'd have wanted
