'Pass Out' rapper Tinie Tempah is the first person to own a pair of the Nike MAGs trainers.
The lyrics in Tinie's 'Wonderman' single with Ellie Goulding talk about how Tinie "can't afford a pair of trainers", but now the rapper has found fame he can afford to splash £24,000 on one pair.
Tinie Tempah attended an auction for the Michael J. Fox Foundation and made the decision to buy the pricey pair at the very last minute.
"It was a total spur of the moment decision," he said.
"I was really touched in the moment by the presentation and next thing I knew I knew I owned these iconic sneakers."
As a huge Back To The Future fan, Tinie said the Nike MAGs "were an all-round great purchase that will go on to help (the charity).
"I feel fortunate to be able to help."
'Day And Night' star Kid Cudi also purchased a pair of the futuristic trainers.
