The 'Glad You Came' stars say the performance was their favourite career moment to date.
The Wanted gave an energetic performance at the American Music Awards 2012 in Los Angeles last night and hailed the night as their "favourite moment" of their music career so far.
The 'Chasing The Sun' singers made their debut at the annual awards show on Sunday night (18th November) and led the audience through a rousing rendition of their latest single 'I Found You'.
Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Tom Parker, Jay McGuiness and Nathan Sykes were dressed in smart black and grey suits for the performance, which started with them on a stage singing in front of empty door frames.
Backed by explosions of fireballs and a group of female dancers, the band then descended to the front of the stage where they performed the new single, with Nathan's middle eight section of the song receiving a huge cheer from the crowd.

"Just got a standing ovation at our first AMAs. I'm speechless," Nathan tweeted after the event, while Tom posted: "Favourite moment of my career so far!! #AMAs.
"2 years ago we were playing school tours up and down the UK. Now we're performing and nominated at the AMA's #privileged," Tom added.

Earlier this month the 'Lightning' five-piece were also confirmed for this year's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball, and will perform on the day one line-up of the event (8th December).
The Wanted recently hinted at a potential March 2013 release for their new studio album.
