The Saturdays' Rochelle Wiseman Offers Advice To Mum-To-Be Frankie Sandford

The 'All Fired Up' singer warns Frankie to get as much rest as possible before the baby arrives.
The Saturdays star Rochelle Wiseman has offered some advice to her bandmate Frankie Sandford, who is expecting her first child before the end of the year.
'What About Us' singer Rochelle, who welcomed baby Alaia-Mai earlier this year with Capital FM's Marvin Humes, says she has banned Frankie from coming out with the girls.
Rochelle says Frankie is keep to accompany the the band on nights out but Rochelle has advised her to stay home and relax before the baby arrives.
"Frankie wants to come out every night with us," Rochelle reveals in the Daily Star this week. "I keep telling her: 'You're pregnant, you need to rest'.
"I know all too well when the baby gets here she won't be having any then," the girl band star explained. "I told her to put her feet up and don't come out."

Earlier this month Frankie announced to fans that she is taking a short break from the band while her due date approaches.
Frankie Sandford spoke out this week to help launch the It's Time To Talk charity campaign, raising awareness of people who suffer from mental health issues.
