Hobbling Howard Donald

Take That star Howard Donald's been spotted on crutches ahead of a big weekend for the band.

Donald appeared to have have his ankle strapped, sparking fears of a sprain.

The group are scheduled to appear on this weekend's X-Factor so it could be singing on bar stools rather than break-dancing!

Take That will be joined on the showed by Westlife and JLS in a boy-band fest.

Back in 2007 Howard missed some gigs after suffering a collapsed lung during the group's Beautiful World tour.
