The judge was left upset after Louis Walsh could not make his mind up over the fate of the bottom two.
Gary Barlow walked off stage during The X Factor last night (7th October) following a controversial decision during deadlock, which saw fans of the programme accuse producers of interfering with the decision.
The judge was upset after Carolynne Clark was sent home when Louis Walsh could not decide whether to eliminate the singer or Rylan Clark.
Louis, who was given the deciding vote after Tulisa and Nicole Scherzinger both chose different singers, had initially appeared to suggest that he was keeping Carolynne but could not make up his mind.
"I want to take it to deadlock," he said.
The decision saw Carolynne leave the programme after getting fewer public votes than Rylan.
Gary Barlow was apparently left furious by the controversial decision on The X Factor:
As Gary walked off stage, fans of the show on Twitter accused The X Factor bosses of interfering with the result after a producer was seen whispering into Louis' ear during deadlock.
But a spokesperson for the show has denied the claims, insisting that producers always chat to the judges during the show.
The X Factor continues next week.
