The Maroon 5 singer says he has become more focused ever since taking up the fitness practice.
Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has credited yoga with helping him become more successful and says he doesn't know what he'd do with out it.
The 'Moves Like Jagger' star, who is well known for his toned physique, says the ancient fitness practice has helped him to be "more focused" and make better decisions about his life and career.
"I have a hard time sitting still. I can be all over the map," Adam reveals in the new issue of Men's Health. "Yoga has given me the ability to be more focused and make better decisions that come from a clear place.
"There's a very specific yoga cliche: Eat these foods, wear these clothes, believe only these things. I don't want to be that," the Maroon 5 singer explained. "It's made me more successful.
"I love it and I don't know what I'd do without it," he added. "There's nothing to win in yoga. You just do what you can do one day to the next."
