The 'Moves Like Jagger' star says it was a "rough morning" as he films band's latest promo.
Maroon 5's Adam Levine was pictured on the set of the music video to the band's new single 'Payphone' sporting a bloodied face yesterday (19th April).
The 'She will Be Loved' singer wore a white vest and had scars adorning his face as he shot scenes in downtown Los Angeles.
The star was also spotted running around with a female co-star and wore brown jeans and an office outfit complete with spectacles for the promo.
Earlier this week, The Voice coach took to his Twitter account to tease fans with details of the video and explained it would be "insane" and "crazy".
He also logged back onto his social networking account to profess he had a "rough morning" as he showed off his new scars to his followers.
