Leona Lewis has stepped out in front of the paparazzi for a third night running wearing an interesting creation.

Leona's already been snapped this week with a big yellow bow and red hot lips on her dress.

Last night Leona arrived at a cancer research fund-raiser in Beverley Hills wearing a full length two-tone blue dress, which you can see below.

The change in style has led to speculation of cosmetic surgery. The Sun claimed that the singer 'seemed to have a smaller (nose) than before.'

It quoted Dr Barbara Lutz of Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group as saying: 'It appears Leona has had the bridge and tip of her nose thinned.'

However a spokesperson for the singer said: 'Suggestions she has had cosmetic surgery are total rubbish.'
