Katy Perry has been sending messages of thanks following her MTV EMA 'Best Live' win.
Katy Perry and Jessie J tweeted messages of support to each other last night following the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast.
Perry took home the award for 'Best Live Act' during yesterday's ceremony over favourites like Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers, following which Jessie J posted, "I love me some Katy Perry".
"Get it in mama," Perry replied to the 'Price Tag' singer. "I love u 2 JJ!"
She added: "Thank U to all the amazing Katycats who voted me best Live! Thank u for the commitment!"
Jessie J was scheduled to support Perry on her tour of the US this summer but was forced to postpone her appearances after sustaining a broken foot back in June.
Despite being replaced on several dates by Ellie Goulding, Jessie J is expected to rejoin Perry on tour later this year.
Perry will release new single 'The One That Got Away' as the sixth track from her second album Teenage Dream on 11th November.
