Katy Perry sets up alter ego Twitter and Facebook accounts

Katy Perry has launched new alter ego Twitter and Facebook accounts based on the character from her forthcoming 'Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F)' video.

The singer has set up pages as geeky Kathy Beth Terry who featured in the teaser to her next single.

Her alter ego is listed on Facebook as being born in 1997 and reveals her personal interests as the solar system, science fairs, sudoku puzzles and Hanson, who are tipped to make an appearance in the full length video.

Some of her tweets include: 'Mum is making me go shopping @Mervyn's today for a training bra.

'Wish she'd take me to @VictoriasSecret like EVERYBODY ELSE! #SOemBRAassing (sic).'

The full length version of 'Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F)' will be unveiled on June 14.
