Russell Brand Hollywood Billboard Poster Vandalised By Katy Perry Fan

The comedian's huge promo picture has been defaced on Sunset Boulevard.

A billboard-sized poster promoting Russell Brand's new show has been vandalized by a fan of Katy Perry.

The picture sees a huge image of the British comedian with his legs spread on top of a table with the name of his Late Night Rebranded series atop.

However, someone has come along and tagged a message in spray paint in the picture which is situated on Hollywood's Sunset Boulevard.

The note reads: "I would rather watch the Katy Perry movie," in giant white capitalised letters.

The 'I Kissed A Girl' star and the star of such films as Rock Of Ages called time on their 14 month marriage at the end of 2011.

The American singer recently attended the premiere of her new 3D movie 'Part Of Me' in Hollywood this week.

During the film, Katy reveals details on her marriage breakdown and explains how she "tried everything" to make the relationship work.

The star partied with the likes of Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez and Twilight star Robert Pattinson following the movie event.
