The 'Firework' singer is back with a brand new perfume after working on it for a year.

Katy Perry launched her brand new fragrance Killer Queen last night (2nd May) with a big press launch in New York City.

The 'Part Of Me' singer unveiled her third fragrance on Thursday, after giving fans their first look at the unique perfume bottle for Killer Queen on Twitter.

"OK! I have been working on my 3rd fragrance for over a year & want to unveil the look NOW! What do you think?" Katy tweeted, alongside a snap of the bottle.

For the press launch Katy opted for a cream and red oversized gown to run with the royal theme of her latest perfume, which follows her first fragrance Purr back in 2010 and 2011 follow-up Meow.

"Just had an elegant unveiling of my new fragrance KILLER QUEEN at the Duke! Can't wait to share the royal juice! #sosophisticated," Katy later added.
