Katy Perry and will.i.am are amongst the popstars who have reacted to the Japanese tsunami.

A devastating earthquake, with a magnitude of 8.9 hit Japan this morning, causing a massive tsunami along with a growing number of loss lives.

Katy Perry Tweeted: 'My prayers go out to anyone that is being effected by the disaster in Japan.'
