Katy Perry top list of alternative Brits

Katy Perry and Rihanna have topped the list of alternative Brit awards.

Shopping comparison website Kelkoo complied a list based on 8,000 votes from music buyers.

The winners were:

Best International Album: Katy Perry 'Teenage Dream' (36% of the vote)

Best International Female: Rihanna (38% of the vote)

Best Male Solo Artist: Plan B (28% of the vote)

Best British Solo Artist: Ellie Goulding (37% of the vote)

Best British Breakthrough Act: Ellie Goulding (37% of the vote)

Best British Group: Take That (46% of the vote)

Best British Single: Florence and the Machine (23% of the vote)

Best International Male: Bruce Springsteen (28% of the vote)

Best International Group: Kings Of Leon (35% of the vote).

The Brit awards take place on Tuesday (February 15th).
